Discover a unique book club experience that nurtures your mind and body. Chapters of Balance is a wellness-focused series for women that explores empowering books on burnout, setting boundaries, and self-care. Each session includes engaging discussions, healthy snacks, and an optional group photo, followed by a guided exercise activity to practice wellness together. Connect, grow, and rejuvenate in a supportive community dedicated to helping you thrive!
Join us for this 3 part series as we read :Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking The Stress Cycle by Dr. Emily Nagoski and Amelia Nagoski
Dates: Sunday, April 6th, 13th, and 20th from 4:00 PM-6:30 PM. You must be available to attend all three dates!
Each week, we will discuss assigned readings from the book, followed by a fun and upbeat Pilates HIIT class designed to help you burn off stress to the beat! This class is for all fitness levels!
