Join us for a 3-part workshop designed to help you navigate and overcome burnout through mindfulness, reflection, and restorative movement. Each 90-minute session will guide you through:
• Grounding meditation to reconnect with your breath and body
• Reflective journaling prompts to explore emotional and mental fatigue
• A deeply restorative 45-minute yoga practice to release tension and create space for healing
This series is ideal for women seeking to replenish their well-being, manage stress, and discover calm in a supportive and nurturing environment.
