Cancellation Policy
All clients must provide 24 business hours' notice when cancelling an appointment. If the scheduled client does not provide an adequate notice within the requested time frame, the full fee for service for that scheduled visit will be forfeited. In the event a client does not call to cancel and does not show up to an appointment the full fee for the service will apply. All fees incurred from a no show or late cancellation must be paid in full prior to scheduling another appointment. Please note, all payments rendered for the above-mentioned services are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date of service.
